Win a 3 night break for a family of 4 and tickets for the Santa Express at Ravenglass Railway

3-night weekend break start date 29th  November. Must be taken in one stay period on the selected 
start date only. No cash value and cannot be transferred once booked. Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (up to 16 years). Prize  includes two adult/child Santa Express tickets on a specified date and time on this weekend subject 
to availability.

Dogs are not permitted on Santa Express.

COMPETITION RULES


 Administrative 
  1. Participants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter and/or Lake District Estates reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone where these or our standard holiday terms and conditions have been breached.  
  2. In so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors and Lake District Estates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 
  3. The winner may be requested to participate in publicity related to the competition which may include publication of their name and photograph in any media. 
  4. The competition will be governed by English Law and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
